“ Regina is by far the best trainer I have ever had. She is a trainer’s trainer. Her level of excellence and experience inspires her clients to not only get fit but get educated about their bodies. Regina’s work with me has gone beyond transforming my body. Our training sessions have transformed my life and the lives of others who I have referred to her. Regina’s Git Fit Plus really lives up to the name and her brand is second to none.”

“ I am so thrilled to be in Regina's Get Fit class on Zoom. She offers a well rounded workout that includes cardio, stretching and even dance. For those of us, like myself, who are seniors she offers alternative movements that are still challenging yet very doable. I am beginning to see and feel the tone in my body and find that I have more flexibility, greater energy and better overall balance and strength which causes my confidence to soar. Regina takes the time to make sure that we are doing the exercises and movements correctly and with proper form and technique which makes it easier to duplicate during the week between classes. I highly recommend Regina's Get Fit class to anyone who is serious about getting in shape and desires to see real results and who needs a trainer that will lovingly give them that extra push ”

“ I have a STRONG dislike of anything zoom so the idea of taking a fitness class via zoom was not even on my radar! I had real reservations about form, execution and possible injury. It was the conversation that I had with Regina prior to actually taking the class that inspired me. It was her concern and passion towards my well being, as well as her energy and dedication to her craft that drew me in. It was her ability to listen to the needs of a client to help that person reach their goal(s) in a safe and doable manner. She is diligent in her awareness during class that her clients perform each exercise and maneuver correctly so as not to sustain injury. I realize now, that was more than I got from any class instructor! That spoke volumes for me. Her energy is very motivating and keeps me coming back for a good sweat! I am so glad I gave it a try, thank you Regina!

“ I have taken dance classes throughout my life, and Regina is one of the finest technical, challenging, and artistic instructors in the field. Now at 71 (!), with Parkinson's Disease for over 15 years, I am taking Regina's Get Fit Plus class. My motivation to exercise is now different, and really, of dire importance: I want to continue to be able to move and be independent and not allow Parkinson's to rob me of movement and life. Regina is helping me do just that. Her class blends all the aspects that are important to maintaining a fit, healthy body: She emphasizes the importance of stretching to have a flexible body, weight training and resistance to keep muscle strength, and cardio and exercise patterns for agility and mind-body work. She carefully and thoughtfully individualizes and gives movement alternatives to me and others in the class upon need. She is a tough, but loving, taskmaster who challenges and encourages everyone to do their best, and subsequently, she gets results. Regina's positive spirit is infectious and influential. I feel I am getting stronger and more agile. The power of exercise is real in keeping a body strong, and it has been proven that exercise can help someone with a neurological disorder develop new pathways in the brain that will make disease progression slower. After 15 years with PD, I am still moving well, unlike many with the disease. Regina expertise is making that happen. ”
