These classes are one-hour online live dance fitness classes focusing strictly on cardio. Each class has a five-minute warm-up. Forty-five minutes of cardio dance moves. A five-minute ab routine with a five-minute cool-down. This class is a non-stop upbeat, high-energy, calorie-burning funky good time.
