Personal Training
Personal Training is a one-hour private fitness session. These sessions combine cardio-conditioning, strength training, flexibility training, focusing on core and technique. Private clients train with us two or three times a week, producing optimal performance and exceptional results.

90- Day Challenge has three private weekly workouts and a detailed nutrition plan designed to help jump-start a client’s fitness journey.

Group Classes
Regina's Get Fit Plus provides group classes for a variety of clientele. These one-hour classes are Dance Groove, Stretch and Tone, and Combo HIIT. In addition, we offer an after-class discussion for group classes to review each client's technique, growth, and concerns.
